Our INHABIT Bar will go to Normal Park Upper School.
12/10/2008 – The dedicated folks helping give Normal Park Upper School a makeover were the first to ask. The bar will be used as an outdoor concession stand at the school’s ball fields. We could not be more pleased than to know our bar is serving the greater good, contributing to one of our city’s finest middle schools.
After this summer's "Bring it Together" renovations of the Normal Park Upper School building, parent volunteers and school officials are spreading the renovation efforts to the school's outdoor facilities as well. "Normal Park is building a new sports program, and a new concession stand will hopefully spark renovation efforts," said Jill Levine, principal of Normal Park.
We thank all of you for expressing interest. We hate that there was only one to give away. Many of you made a compelling case for receiving the bar, and if you are still interested, let us know.
