The Monroe Residence. This is going to be a fun home to build. It is a fully customized home designed according to the highest energy efficiency standards with an emphasis on low maintenance. This 4800 sq.ft. home will feature advanced framing techniques, insulated crawl spaces, pre-tension hollow core concrete floor slabs, TechShield roof decking, high end insulated low-E windows, manual J calculated HVAC for proper and efficient cooling and heating, Icynene insulation, Hardi siding and stone, and a standing seam metal roof.
Because of its beautiful location on Signal Mountian, we will be limiting the number of trees cut down to only what is necessary for the build. Minimal distraction to the surrounding environment will be very important to us and the homeowners. Please check back as we get started to follow the progress pictures.
