The Monroe Residence. This is going to be a fun home to build. It is a fully customized home designed according to the highest energy efficiency standards with an emphasis on low maintenance. This 4800 sq.ft. home will feature advanced framing techniques, insulated crawl spaces, pre-tension hollow core concrete floor slabs, TechShield roof decking, high end insulated low-E windows, manual J calculated HVAC for proper and efficient cooling and heating, Icynene insulation, Hardi siding and stone, and a standing seam metal roof.
Because of its beautiful location on Signal Mountian, we will be limiting the number of trees cut down to only what is necessary for the build.
