This fine two-story brick home in North Chattanooga is in the beginning stages of a 900 square foot brick addition that includes a master suite and kitchen remodel. Where a small addition off the home’s rear once served as a breakfast nook, new living space will emerge and blend seamlessly with the existing home. The hardwood floors in the kitchen will be refinished, retaining their original charm. And a new front porch addition will subtly accent the home’s 1950s style. And while we’re at it, we’re completely replacing the entire roof.
