Hamilton Heights is located on Hamilton Avenue only a short walk from Frazier Avenue’s distinctive retail stores and locally-owned restaurants as well as Coolidge and Renaissance Parks. The townhomes are being built on a hilltop for a fantastic view of downtown Chattanooga as well as Hill City. The project was designed to offer residents a great value for sustainable urban living.
Hamilton Heights will boast a rear façade with three layers of balconies and plenty of windows providing scenic views of downtown and Hill City. The townhomes will feature Hardi Board and Cedar exteriors with standing seam metal roofs. The project is slated for completion this summer, and two townhomes have already sold.
