Designed by Cliff McCormick and Heidi Hefferlin of Hefferlin and Kronenberg Architects, H+K Architects, this 4,000 s.f. home is being built on 14 acres of farmland in Old Fort, TN, just outside Cleveland.

The home will feature stone and fiber-cement exterior, Superior Walls foundation (insulation-bonded concrete walls that resist moisture penetration), advanced framing (a 54% reduction in lumber, doubling the wall’s thermal capacity), Marvin Windows and 40 year architectural shingles.

The modern interior design emphasizes a large and open central great room that will encompass the kitchen, dining and living area all combined for a family-oriented and entertaining environment. The home will also include a pool and detached pool house.
