An East Brow home with a high brow view

This 5,200 square foot Signal Mountain home was designed by Preston and Associates out of Atlanta (you can almost see their offices from this home's front yard).  This home was built to EarthCraft standards for the highest (literally) in home air quality and energy efficiency with an emphasis on environmental sustainability and a small carbon footprint.
