Our first project on Fredonia Mountain, the Quinn residence is a beautiful, custom-built mountain home designed by TWH Architects. 

It is a highly sustainable home that features advanced framing; expanding open-cell insulation; a sealed, insulated, and conditioned crawl space and attic; Hardi Board siding and mountain stone exteriors; Marvin low E windows; and a completely sealed building envelope.

This custom-built home is designed specifically for the site—taking advantage of the natural sunlight, slope, trees, and views. Off the rear is a large screen porch and huge deck with a double-sided fireplace that will help draw folks outside to enjoy the peaceful, private wooded setting.
