Since 2002, Collier Construction has built 25 new custom homes in the greater Chattanooga area. Our projects range in style and size, and our operations span from Dunlap, Tennessee to Rising Fawn, Georgia.
We have completed numerous projects in North Chattanooga, Signal Mountain and on the Southside - and in the process, we have developed a niche for building sustainable urban homes in downtown Chattanooga.
But no matter the size or style, we build highly energy efficient green homes through a Whole Systems Approach and a commitment to the highest standards of sustainable building. In fact, every home we build is certified by the Better Built program.
