Austen Young

I started in the construction industry after graduating from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville (Go Vols!) as a purchasing coordinator for another builder based in Knoxville. I then began transitioning to a project manager role with that company which led me to Chattanooga. 

The opportunity to join the Collier team presented itself, and after conversations with Ernie, I knew it was a great fit for me. The culture at Collier is something different. There is a sense of camaraderie amongst the team and a certain level of pride in our work that you just don’t find  everywhere. 

I am proudly from Louisiana originally (Geaux Tigers!) but I have spent the majority of my life in Tennessee. I couldn’t not be happier to call Chattanooga my home.
