When one of Chattanooga's most cherished religious institutions realized its physical plant had reached the end of its natural life, the congregation engaged Collier to help them determine a viable next chapter for the property. Audrey's Park is the result of that collaborative endeavor: a rental community of single-family homes that offers proximity, privacy, and affordability -- all at once -- with convenient access to the city's interstates and one of its major commercial corridors. Collier made the most of this opportunity by utilizing a design that created comfortable and safe levels of residential density while ensuring that the development remained a good neighbor to the existing neighborhoods around it. As a result, Audrey's Park offers all of the practical advantages of urban living, but at a price point many families will find as appealing and accessible as its location.
