Slayton's Crossing

Collier Construction were pioneers again with Slayton’s Crossing – Chattanooga’s first modern residential development on East Main Street. By anticipating market demand along the Southside’s main thoroughfare, Collier transformed an empty and blighted parcel into a mix of townhomes and single-family homes, comprising 21 units total. Collier’s innovation was a unique townhome design that allowed for technically detached buildings with shared foundations and roofs. Privacy and community were designed in harmony, as were efficiency and easy walkability. Rooftops on many units provided welcome outdoor space while residents were still only steps from one of the city’s most desirable arts and entertainment districts.
