Collier set out to create something distinctive from the ground-up - literally - with this townhome complex in the heart of Chattanooga's North Shore. From its remarkable red exterior to its finely appointed interiors, from the natural creek that Collier relocated for residents to enjoy to the two-car garage that accompany each unit, every facet of this development, eleven townhomes in all, is designed to stand out. Compact but never uncomfortable, Rouge shows Collier again creatively maximizing an unusual site to create an uncommonly delightful urban living experience.
