Even in Chattanooga’s more suburban enclaves, Collier finds unique ways to optimize quality of life, safety, and connection. In Sanatan Park, the company designed a community of homes around a common green space, affording all residents unfettered access to nature and easier opportunities for socializing. By removing a main arterial road, cars are literally driven to the neighborhood’s periphery. Recreation, health, and pedestrian safety – particularly for the neighborhood’s seniors and young children – arrive in their place.
